THE PRODUCT — PLEASE READ THIS PART ROVE+ is a memory foam travel neck pillow. It is a consumer comfort item. It is NOT a medical device, an orthopaedic brace or a cervical collar, and we do not sell it as one.

It is designed to support the weight of your head while you sit upright. It does not treat, prevent or cure any medical condition, including neck or back injury, sleep apnea, snoring or insomnia. It is not a sleep aid and does not guarantee that you will sleep. How well it works for you depends on your body, your seat and how you sleep. Individual results vary.

Do not use it as a substitute for medical care. If you have a neck or spinal condition, or are recovering from injury or surgery, speak to a healthcare professional before use. Do not use it while driving or operating machinery. Stop using it if you experience pain, numbness, dizziness or difficulty breathing.

USE IT AS DIRECTED Fasten it snug, not tight. You should be able to breathe and swallow normally and slide a finger between the pillow and your throat. Not suitable for children under 12. Do not use it in a car seat, crib or anywhere it could restrict a child's airway. Keep away from infants.

ORDERS AND PRICING Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We may cancel or refuse any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unusually large quantities. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Automatic quantity discounts apply at the cart. Displayed multi-pack prices reflect those discounts. If a displayed price and the price at checkout disagree, the checkout price governs and you should contact us before completing the order.

ACCURACY We try hard to describe this product accurately, including the things it doesn't do. We don't warrant that every description, image or piece of copy on the site is free of error.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Everything on this site, including copy, images, design and the ROVE+ name, belongs to us. Don't reproduce it commercially without permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

INDEMNITY You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the product or your breach of these terms.

GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from a purchase will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

CHANGES We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this URL.
